Deposits

Deposits cannot be refunded. If you cannot make your appointment, it must be canceled within 72 hours of the agreed time or the deposit will be forfeited. If you do hit up Chuck before the 72 hour window, your deposit will be applied towards the rescheduled appointment. 

Art Purchases

All art purchases are final and will not be refunded. Art is sold as is and will not be customized or changed. i.e. Frames or mattes that are sold with art will be sent as pictured. If damages occur during the handling or shipping process, file a claim with the shipper. 

Returns

Original art pieces are not eligible for return. For other items (including but not limited to prints, stationary or apparel) our policy lasts 5 days from when your items were delivered. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was confirmed to be delivered, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.


Missing Packages

If your item is trackable and has not shown up according to the tracking information - contact me and we’ll try to figure out WTF happened with the shipper. Contact me at: email at chuckedupart@gmail.com 

Once a package is tracked as 'delivered' through the carrier service it is your responsibility. Hopefully you don’t have porch pirates. 

Make sure you track your packages, we do not offer refunds on any lost packages. 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at chuckedupart@gmail.com and send your item to: 326 Lincoln St, Roseville, Ca, 95678


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 326 Lincoln St, Roseville, Ca, 95678

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
