Return & Refund Policy

Like any shopping experience, Chuck James Art has some terms and conditions for transactions. By placing an order or purchasing at Chuck James Art, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Chuck James Art’s Privacy Policy.
Returns
All art purchases are final and non-refundable. Art is sold as it is and will not be customized or altered. Frames or mattes sold with art will be sent as pictured. If damage occurs during handling or shipping, please file a claim with the shipper.
For other items (including but not limited to prints, stationery, or apparel), our policy lasts five days from when your items were delivered. If five days have passed since your purchase was confirmed to be delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within ten days.
Missing Packages
If your item is trackable and has not arrived according to the tracking information, please get in touch with us at chuckedupart@gmail.com, and we will help you figure out what happened with the shipper. Once a package is marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, it is your responsibility. Please ensure you track your packages, as we do not offer refunds on lost packages.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at chuckedupart@gmail.com and send it to 326 Lincoln St, Roseville, CA, 95678.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to 326 Lincoln St, Roseville, CA, 95678. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
